My order was delivered incomplete

Did you place an order for multiple products? It may be that it is being delivered in parts. For example, because a product is out of stock. Chances are that the missing product will still be delivered. Have you only received one Track & Trace code or have you been waiting for the missing product for a while? If so, please contact us.

The product was delivered with damage

It is of course never the intention to deliver a damaged product. We would like to ask you to contact us as soon as possible so that we can look for a suitable solution together.

I have received the wrong article

Our apologies for the inconvenience. A mistake is human and can happen sometimes. We request that you contact us immediately. You may return the unused and unbroken article to us, indicating that you have received the wrong article (please use the return form). If you still wish to receive the correct item, we would like to ask you to contact us about this so we can create a new order for you.

What should I do if I haven't received my package?

There are a few things you can do.

1. Check the Track & Trace code of your package.

You can find it in My Account or in your shipping confirmation. Check via this link if the delivery time indication has moved.

2. Check the delivery address

Is the delivery address you entered correct? Also check your zip code.

3. Check your mail

Did you receive a message from the shipping company? Perhaps the parcel was delivered to a neighbor or the carrier scheduled a new delivery time.

Still don't know where your package is?

Wait a little longer, because your package may have been delayed. There is an 80% chance that you will receive it the next day. Haven't received it after 5 days? Please contact us within 21 days after your original delivery date. Together we will find a solution. If you contact us after 21 days after your original delivery day about a package not received, we unfortunately cannot honor your claim.
