If you order something, we need your details to ensure that we can deliver your order. But we always handle your personal information with care. We take care of it and keep it safe. WEBSHOP SOFTWARE

Our webstore is developed with software from Prestashop, we have chosen iXL Hosting for our webhosting. Personal information that you make available to us for our services will be shared with this party. Just Host has access to your information to provide us (technical) support, they will never use your information for any other purpose. iXL Hosting is based on the agreement we have concluded with them to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Backups are regularly made to prevent loss of data.


WEBHOSTING

We purchase web hosting and email services from iXL Hosting. iXL Hosting processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. Just Host has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Just Host is obliged to maintain confidentiality pursuant to the agreement.



EMAIL AND MAILING LISTS

MailChimp

We send our e-mail newsletters with MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email that is sent automatically via our website you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal information is stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other Internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your information to further improve its services and to share information with third parties as part of this process.

E-mail

We use the services of Just Host for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Just Host has no access to our inbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.


PAYMENT PROCESSORS

For handling (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the platform of Pay.nl. Pay.nl processes your name, address and place of residence information and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Pay.nl has appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Pay.nl reserves the right to use your information to further improve the service and in that context (anonymous) data to third parties. All the above guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data are also applicable to the components of Pay.nl services for which they engage third parties. Pay.nl stores your data no longer than the statutory time is allowed.


SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS

If you place an order with us it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use PostNL and DHL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and place of residence with PostNL and DHL. PostNL and DHL use this information only for the execution of the agreement. In the event that PostNL and DHL engage subcontractors, PostNL and DHL will also make your details available to these parties.


INVESTIGATION RIGHT

You always have the right to view the data that we process (or have processed) and that relate to your person or that can be traced back to you. It is also possible to submit a correction or deletion request by sending an e-mail to info@heldermondkapje.nl. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days.

At any time you can request us to make an export of your registered personal data. This is free of charge.
