Twinkle eyelashes are polished and designed for a glossy look and are ultra soft.
The thicknesses 0.04 - 0.07mm are most commonly used for the Volume techniques to bring more volume while the total weight is greatly reduced.
The Neicha C-curl can be compared to a Blink D-curl.
